Firstly, I'd like to say thank you TCS for being a fantastic partner in it, helping us achieve success year after year.TCS and Vodafone UK, we've had a long standing association leaders at TCS.They understand our strategy, our business and our challenges.We all know the array of skill set at offer at TCS.
They provide us with a range of services, solution design, architecture, product ownership, development, testing, data analytics, business process automation.
The list is almost endless.

There's been a large list of programmes and initiatives where TCS have worked with us and I've been a core pillar.I probably reflect on a critical programme we ran.

This involved TCS taking the lead on replacing legacy systems that help us manage stock and inventory, help us function efficiently, so a fairly critical part of the business, while replacing them with modern cloud native versions and they did a grand job.

Another area where TCS have been instrumental is a legacy stack that we we took over when we acquired another company.

And whilst the modernization programme for that legacy stack is a long winded timeline, TCS in the interim helped us achieve CICD pipelines and other modern DevOps practises, which is a feat in itself given the legacy nature of that of those systems.

For the last few years in particular, cloud modernisation has been a core aspect of our Technology Strategy at Vodafone UK and we've been able to leverage TCSS industry experience and the expertise and offer in that space internally within TCS, the focus they have in on modernisation, on automation, more recently on Gen AI.

It goes a long way in helping us at Vodafone achieve a number of our strategic outcomes.

Given the recent merger between Vodafone UK and Three UK, we have embarked on a massive technology integration journey.

It's going to be a super complex and high pressure programme and we are aware TCS has got experience in navigating through such complex integrations with their other clients and we hope to leverage that experience and come out with a successful outcome.
