My name is Monte Pisto Bining and I'm working here in TDC Aware and I'm heading our IMS application department.TDC Aware is part of the New Day organization and is one of the largest IT infrastructure and communication providers to the business segments within Denmark.
Back in 2005, we started on a on a new journey from a technology point of view to take all our customers within the voice and collaboration area to the cloud.
We started the engagement with TCS back in 2014 actually and then we ramped it up in 15.
So before TCS stepped in and we started this migration path, our biggest challenge was our capability to actually build the features and capabilities that was requested by our customers.
So definitely one of the things that TCS brought to the to the table here was to scale the resources and for us to actually build a lot more value add services to again assure that our customers could move from the old and the legacy solutions into the cloud solutions in a secure manner and trusted manner.
For TDC of Air and also me personal wise, that most important for me over the last 10 years of our partnership has been the capability that TCS has brought to the office from a competent point of view, from an innovation point of view, but also the collaboration that we've had.
So life cycle management is something that we take very seriously.
And as an example, when doing a migration, we had to migrate all our applications to a new data center.
TCS and our team showed an extremely efficient way of doing this and, and, and we did this without service impact and at a very short time, even though the complexity was really, really high.
With the evolving business trends as well as technology trends, we see a great deal of innovation that we can bring to the platform leveraging AI, cloud and so on and get the best of TCS to help the platform grow, scale and innovate continuously.
We see an exciting future with TDC above.
Together well in the past decade we have evolved ourselves from a position of a preferred supplier to a trusted transformation partner.
And I would give it to the deep technology understanding and the strict process discipline that we've been able to bring together.
And I think there's a cultural and a DNA match between the two organizations.
So in city of our main focus will be how we move our current IMS services into the new landscape of AI driven development.
We will definitely need TCS to be a strong partner for us in that joint ventureship in getting us there.
This is going to be super interesting.
