Adaptability means today being able to have more scenarios, more future scenarios in front of you, and to be able to be anticipatory in your leadership towards these scenarios. AI is fundamental to be able to have more scenarios in front of you, but also to have more information, because information is crucial and decisive to have the scenarios and to have the set of scenarios in front of you. To me, adaptability means to have a focus, a perspective, a true focus on what's going on outside, rather than just in here. I think if you want to talk seriously about how to promote a culture, then you need to realise that a culture will be the result of two things primarily, incentives and mandates. I think every day is a challenge, because as an athlete you would do every day a little bit better than the day before, because you want to be the best athlete in the world. I'll never forget that one thing my mum always advised me, was be willing to adapt as in life. When you go from changes, don't expect everything to be the same. Adaptability to me means that you are having the insights of what is going on around you and how does it actually then affect your business. So you need to have an understanding of what's going on around you and type that into your reality and adapt. Technologies such as AI will of course help us become faster, more agile in many ways. If you think of AI simply as a technology that can automate cognitive work, that means a lot of the cognitive work we do today is no longer needed. The most important geopolitical challenge today is unpredictability and it is transversal to all the different challenges, to all the different geopolitical contexts and scenarios. What motivates me is curiosity. Curiosity is the way to be boosted, to have new energy and to meet new challenges.
