Yeah, I'm Corneel Hindriks, D&T Manager, Global Planning at Heineken, and I'm super proud that I just completed the TCS Amsterdam Marathon under the four hours, 3:52. Just before or after a long working day, it helps me to generate new ideas or to reduce stress a bit. And if there are difficult circumstances at work, then yeah, I get, I get new ideas when I were running a forest or in a park. So that's that really helps me to destress a bit. My family supports me a lot. Of course the training scheme costs quite, quite a bit of time. My daughter run cycles with me during a training, so it's really, really nice and unfortunately they couldn't be here today, but they support me during the races as well. Running a marathon is not a Sprint, so you need to start slow. I think that's the same in business transformations or technology projects. It also helps when you have headwind to have people around you that support you. And of course, a lot of preparation is very important, and it's the same in work.
