My name is Marjo de Keizer, working at PostNL as a director of IT and Strategy, and today I did my first medal run. Well, when I started today, I was a bit nervous because it was my first race, but it was fully crowded. Some people shouted out my name and I didn't know those people. That was quite nice. And entering the Olympic Stadium was really, really great. Well, I saw a lot of people and colleagues of mine running and I thought, well, let's also pick this up. But because I saw it give them more, more health, but also more mental, mental health. So that helps me to also step up and also to create a community around us. When I'm running, at first, the first kilometer, I'm always thinking about what is my time, what is my heartbeat? But then after one kilometer, I'm thinking of all kind of things. And in the end, my head is clear and I've space to think about other things.
