And we coined a word together as Team Fire Bolt, we wanted to make it a different and by the way this word came from the team itself and the team was rewarded to choose it, they owned it and we signed one contract where complete services to our software, our hardware, our services, our applications and it's outcome based. The billing cycles which can run overtime used to be weeks. Now it's around one day, huge achievement. You can imagine what business benefits in the revenue collection or the cycles and number of errors. Reduction there and accountability is the name of the game. Roughly 80% or more work or more automation or more commitment or more deliveries or more our business outcomes are tied with TCS TCS journey to bring the agility, bring the knowledge and last not the least the digital knowledge and the digital word to stitch it together to deliver our NGP portal. Next generation portal is a one stop shop for our customers bringing. Our partner portal delivering our Illinois automation, GVP automation. ISO products which have been launched as innovative products in the market, the complete UCC portfolio, how we do as a global SIP connect, our marquee program and our voice services you can name a few more. But these are really made from traditional way to a digital way. And this partnership could not have been enabled without having the Co ES the knowledge, the industry knowledge, without taking a passion and love for flexibility, having a hand in hand approach for agility and now with the new way dev OPS. Breaking our silos and coming together into a more smaller pockets or cells where results can be felt earlier. Tata com leadership and the TCL leadership, they're aligned together.
