My name is Jochen Camp within the Bayer Group. I am responsible for the Espohana implementation from an IT point of view and as such absolutely excited about technologies like AI to bring it to use in the programme. AI for us is twofold, 1, egoistically supporting our transformation itself, our developers, our designers, but then on the second hand, of course, ensuring that we have the most efficient business processes in the future. With embedded AI, that only works if you have strong teams, technically sound, working hand in hand together. It's essential to cooperate with partners. And here we are happy to have TCS as a as our main system integrator. The automation is approach together with TCS as a pure team play in the core programme, we use generative AI solutions as well as the genetic AI solutions mostly in the area of creating test cases, helping our developers to to code better and faster as well As for incident resolution. The AI LED Command Centre really is the heart of our AI initiative. With this, we create insights and observability of our landscape, which gives us good data points to further enhance our AI strategy. We see tremendous reduction of test case creation efforts. So we reached 1/3 reduction of manual efforts there as well and increased velocity. We see better design results by reviewing the designs with our design review agents as well as enhanced developer efficiency. One of the key challenges for us really is to drive adoption of the solutions within the teams. Our next steps focus highly on driving adoption as well as making sure that we have more end to end agentic solutions deployed. Governance, trust, responsibility is absolutely essential in a new field like AI that's not been around for 10s of years. Long term, our North star is, and this is once we have implemented core with all the AI support that we have an automation first approach where our business is wherever possible, fully supported by AI to ensure efficient processes. It is essential that you have the best, best minds from all sides. The role of partners like TCS as our main system integrator is to ensure that we can advance on this journey from pilot to enterprise wide operations by providing the best people working hand in hand with us on ensuring exactly that journey. And I would like to thank our teams from TCS and Bayer to do exactly that.
