Lundeen I'm the chief executive of NEST Pensions. Nest is the UK's government sponsored automatic enrollment pension provider. The government wanted to make sure that all employers had access to a high quality, good value pension scheme and so they set Nest up and said you've got to accept any employer that wants to use you. We wanted to make sure that we worked with a really high quality partner to deliver Nest administration if you think about what we had. Do we had to bring in masses of scale? We had to bring in many, many millions of members and many hundreds of thousands of employees in a very, very short period of time. If we had tried to implement normal pension processes, we would have had diseconomies of scale, not economies of scale would have been a problem. So we wanted a partner who could really help us innovate, that innovation would be all about technology. So we wanted a partner with a massive competency and technology. So we went out into the market. We looked for a partner who would be our needs, pensions, expertise, experience of dealing with scale, technical competency and a real appetite. Innovate, and we found TCS. The milestones that we have achieved working together, NEST and TCS have been absolutely extraordinary. The government required us to be ready by October 2012. We said to TCS, we're going to give you an even greater challenge. We want you to be ready by the spring of 2011. We want it to be up and running so that we could prove that we had a credible scheme. The second milestone that we hit was actually getting ready for automatic enrollment in October 2012. We couldn't be late. We had to be on time where the government scheme, we hit that milestone on budget and on time. And then of course, there's been the incredible way that we've brought on scale. Since October 2012 to now, we have brought in over 3 million members, over 100,000 employers. And the rate of growth that Nest is seeing is absolutely extraordinary. A typical pension scheme in the UK might bring in 700 employers in a year. In Nest, a typical day we will bring in 700. Employers in one day and this week we actually brought in 1000 employers in one-on-one single day, so the rate of growth has been absolutely extraordinary. Partnerships really show their metal. When you're in tough times, and when we're in tough times and we get them as any partnership will, we come together and we work out what we're going to do together to solve whatever issue we've got or whatever problem we've got. And we do that every time and we always work our way through it. The other thing about partnerships is they're about. People and one of the things that really strikes me about TCS is the quality of its people. They care about nursed passionately. We have a saying here that says they're more nested than Nest. TCS people feel like they're delivering Nest for us. In fact, they are Nest as far as our customers are concerned, they have a great relationship with us. So we have a one-on-one relationship with individuals right across the business here in the UK and in India and it's that personal relationship. Working together that working through problems and issues, I think that really makes us such a good partnership. You've seen a lot of leadership from TCS in this partnership. For example, TCS suggested that we introduced Web Chat Internest. We were the first UK pension provider, I believe, to bring in Web Chat. And also big changes, changes that have quite a seismic shift in the industry like our payroll integration where now if you're an employer you can set nest up by your payroll software rather than having to come anywhere near our website. So making effectively pensions really part of payroll, fantastic experience for the employer. Those big changes are really, really ground breaking. I see that continuing going forward. We are not finished on this fantastic journey. We've come a long way, but there's still a long way to go. I talked about bringing in 1000 employees a day. Next year I expect we're going to be bringing in 2000 employees and one day there's a lot more work for us to do. We'll continue working together, we'll continue to transform pensions and we'll continue working really hard in partnership to make sure that the Nest experience is the best possible experience that of member could have.
