The world is changing so quickly and the influences are from all the digital experiences that our clients are having. How can we continuously elevate our digital experiences that we give to our clients? These digital capabilities are all ways that we're giving choice to our clients to interact with us. At Sun Life, are, our content management platform is really foundational to our business. It's used pervasively to run and operate over 45 websites, 200 micro sites across 9 global markets. It's our additional front door with the legacy system. Every time the business came to us to want to. Build a new web experience. There was a fair amount of technical publishing that had to go along with that. So we had these long release timelines. Moving to a more best in class content management platform would allow us to build one platform once so that all of our markets could use it. That would save time and energy for our marketing teams to be able to focus on getting the right content out. We wanted to make sure that we had a scalable, robust cloud infrastructure. In place so that we could improve website performance. We could hook this new platform into an integrated DevOps pipeline so that we could automate code deployments so that we could improve cycle times, release cycle times. Sun Life has partnered with TCS for the past 15 years. The total value proposition was very strong TCS. I think there was also an element of trust that really was the tipping point for this partnership. They brought forward tools to accelerate migration activities. We've talked to other competitors just to get a learning took them two to five years to bring something like this to life in a much. Smaller footprint, we did an 18 months and I mean it's just incredible and we couldn't have done it without the partnership with TCS. We're now in a place where we've got a core platform in place that's highly scalable, that's run from cloud infrastructure, website performance that's improved by over 20%. We've got an integrated DevOps model where we can release faster. We've got a more intuitive publishing interface, which is actually has improved content efficiency by about 30%. We can key in on delivering more relevant personalized. Experiences we have a very solid rich platform that we can move ourselves towards being more and more compelling and extraordinary to for our clients. Digital leadership is one of our focus areas for accelerating growth and competitive advantage. We want to. Think like a digital company, act like a digital company.
