Wiley has been been around for more than 200 years, known as a publishing company, but really, now more than ever, we're known as a tech-enabled research and education company. While it's a company with a lot of history, it's only had that history because transformation is part of the DNA of Wiley, and we are now going through a massive transformation from publisher to digital disrupter. We continue to build up our security posture and that's a big part of the Azure AD migration which we partnered with TCS on. There were three main business drivers for our move to Azure AD. The first was cost. By moving to Azure AD, we saved almost $1,000,000 a year. The second was complexity. The solution we had in place for Single sign on prior to Azure AD was very complex to manage, very complex to maintain. By combining Azure AD with Identity Governance Administration tool, it allows for users with one ID to access all sorts of applications in the cloud. Applications that we use internally in a seamless way so you don't have to have passwords and access rights to all these different applications, allowing us to focus our time on transforming and growing the business. And the third is security. We've moved to dual factor authentication, very critical when we're dealing with large remote workforces. It really helps us with off boarding. So cost, efficiency, simplicity and security. TCS plays many different roles across our organization. TCS works hand-in-hand with Wiley as part of the team supporting all of our end users. Their knowledge of our business, the market we're in, as well as Wiley as a company really made them an easy choice for this project. The adaptability and flexibility of TCS is one of the keys that made this so successful. Wiley and TCS are purpose driven companies and as such we feel like our strategic goals and theirs are very much aligned. And that's amazing to me that we can in what we're doing in technology with TCS at Wiley help people learn more efficiently, more effectively and more cost effectively all around the world. Now over 80% of Wiley's revenue comes from technology products and tech enabled services and that this continues to rise. Is testament to this transformation from publisher to digital disrupter.
