Is one of the largest global mobile communications companies. We have approximately 5 million customers on that network. We've got one of the best 4G networks in Australia. We are a challenger in the market. We're the number three player. Our competitors are large integrated telecommunications companies. That makes that we need to be quick. We need to act more nimble and react faster to the market. Consumers ask for more and more data through their smartphones, through the apps that they have on their smartphone and therefore we see. A tremendous growth in the traffic and the kind of service people do with their phone. Their lives are almost dependent on their mobile phones and therefore the service we provide is critical. So TCS has been a partner of Vodafone for the past 12 years. Over those years, we've had a very good relationship. In recent times, we've expanded that relationship from IT development, which we had previously to also include activities such as testing and business intelligence. One of the things that TCS is deeply engaged with is the testing of everything that goes into production or that will be used or facing customers. TCS and that sends a bit of a guardian. For the customer experience of Vodafone's customers. So recently we did a project with TCS, the next Best activity, specifically for the My Vodafone application that customers have on their phone. It allows for the phone to make offers to customers such as a plan upgrade or an additional data package when we see that they've run out of data. We combine this next best activity program with an upgrade of one of our business intelligence systems. The upgrade and next best activity program was actually a quite large program for us. We it covered almost the span of a year. It was delivered on time and as according to our expectations. So we're actually quite satisfied with the outcome. Very important also that has been delivered with very few operational issues in operations, something that we find really critical so that we don't upset or disturb our customers one of the real positive things. I thought is that it almost went unnoticed. There's two key technical achievements that we've gotten out of this project. One is that we have now the real time decision platform on a high available. Platform with the ability to recover from disasters so-called doctor. The other thing is there's a significant improvement in the performance of those real time decisions in which we can then more quickly retrieve the offers we want to make to customers. As the customer's attention is on the application. So in any large projects of this kind, there's always small changes or even requirement changes that come in at a late stage. So we've seen that in this project as well. And what I really appreciate is that TCS has been able to accommodate those changes without really affecting the overall outcome or affecting timelines for delivery. We like to work with TCS. The reason is that they're very well integrated. With the development teams in Vodafone. They understand our environment. They understand what kind of business requirement and how we expect the delivery and that make the collaboration a lot easier. In a program like this, there's always more parties involved. There's the product vendors, there's the vendors from other platforms. So we depend on TCS to really collaborate with them. We've seen that happen in a very good way as well as. More or less seamless integration to the Vodafone. Team. So in terms of leadership, TCS has stepped up in this project by taking the end to end project management responsibility, meaning bringing all the parties together that has made it for Vodafone much more hands off experience and something that really brought good benefit to our company. So on the back of this project that has been clearly successful, we're looking forward to a relationship that continues to evolve and where we see TCS taking a broader role in our operation.
