For more than 20 years, Vista Print has been empowering small and medium sized businesses with very professional looking marketing products. Our mission is to provide small businesses the tools that will allow them to beat the odds within the competitive market. A lot of our old legacy systems are siloed product based approaches. Which does not give customer a great experience when designing the products online and lacks capabilities for mobile experience for our customers. The reporting and data analytics is another problem that we're trying to solve with this. In platform building, we chose TCS for the deep contextual knowledge in a portfolio of products that we like their ability to Co innovate with us. TCS understood various business functions that were needed to integrate in order to accomplish this goal all the way from finance and supply chain and into the IT functions. We decided on a cloud based system like SAPS for HANA for a few reasons. First being it allowed us to be compliant with our revenue standards and international cooling standards. Secondly, it allowed us to grow our supply chain scalability. We are going to leverage all the embedded analytics so that all the data is in one place and is reported of the SIM system. We in fact saved a considerable amount of time of course of 10% of our day-to-day business. We can now leverage much larger ecosystem of our suppliers. Which allows us to be more competitive. It creates new efficiencies and gives us more confidence that we will be able to keep our commitments to our customers. Some of the benefits that we introduced with the transformation is accessibility and visibility to the data, which enabled us to have better stock levels and visibility into the inventory itself, which allowed us to reduce our cost of inventory up to 4%. Our ability to provide inventory levels to our e-commerce platform was important for us. It is required for us to serve 17 million of our customers who depend on our e-commerce website to place the orders on the website they depend on to know when the CUSP product will arrive at their doorstep. Between Vistaprint and TCS teams, we created a very highly nimble agile force team that was among multiple locations. We empowered the teams to gain the trust of each other and work as a one team in order to accomplish this project. TCS team laid out the risk, fact and assumptions options with pros and cons always for us during the project. With that gave us confidence in how we make the decisions. We have been able to move quickly from product LED to purpose, LED by knowing how to provide our customers the right quantity and quality of the products that they're looking for. Having this information at our fingertips allows Vista Print to have millions of our small business customers with a differentiator and opportunity to stand out. And I'm very confident that as our business evolves and the changes we need in the platform, TCS will be able to support them in future as well.
