I'm Debbie be Best and I head up enterprise delivery for Vodafone. Vodafone is a leading telecoms company in the fixed, mobile and converged services and servicing both residential and enterprise customers. We've done a number of acquisitions, so as an organization we were very complex. Lots of networks, lots of systems and we embarked on a series of transformation programmes and we asked them a number of our partners to come in and support us and we are in. And in particular we asked TCS to come in. So TCS are involved in three main areas. One area is about rationalization and simplifying our business through consolidating systems. The second one is around customer experience and revenue, new revenue. And the third is helping us to just operate more efficiently as an IT function. We've successfully taken around €6 million out of the cost base through consolidation of all our bidding systems. We've introduced all online digital billing for our customers and TCS helped us with a brand bringing introducing a brand new product into that space and helping with delivering that project. And the customer feedback has been phenomenal and it's increased our NPS score with customers. And then our Edge platform, which is a be spoke system that TCS helped us to develop some years ago. We've transformed that and now we're offering, we're offering broadband services through through a number of partners and we've managed to grow our enterprise business and consumer space as a result of the Edge platform. And then the final area is operating it. We had a very fragmented operations function. What we've done is we've consolidated all of our enterprise systems under under TCS and TCS now operate. All of our enterprise systems running running second and third line. And the number of outages and the number of incidents has reduced significantly. In testing, they've brought a lot of robotics and automation into both testing, but also into deployments where they can spin up environments really quickly and they've automated that ability. Now I think TCS are a partner and one of our very strong partners as well. And that's because they have really brought not just really good people to the party, but they brought a lot of innovation. And as a result of that over the last two years, we've got, we've managed to go through the TMI accreditation and I'm delighted to say that as a result of all of TCS hard work, we've delivered TMI 5. I think TCS have got very strong leadership and particularly technical leadership, which is really why we partner with TCS. They understand our strategy, our 2020 strategy and actually it dovetails quite well I think with TC s s business for strategy. And I'm delighted that TCS are partnering with us on workforce management and that's going to be one of our first. Large applications going into the cloud in enterprise. My experience with TCS is that you get more than what you asked for, which I think is brilliant.
