It's been a real privilege to be a long standing partner to Walgreens Boots Alliance. What has it been like to work with us and how has the relationship evolved over the years from your perspective? we went looking for partners who could really step up their game. Who could really help us to not just put the two companies together and of course deliver the synergies that we promised to our shareholders, but more importantly could really drive the transformation so that we could continue to drive the purpose of both companies. So for us ,it was really quite an easy decision to be honest. The quality of listening, the curiosity, the coming up with solutions, the meeting  the value challenge which was really important to us. We had to do this in a faster way, a safeway and a real value creation way. The TCS- WBA relationship has been built on trust and very, very strong values. At the beginning of a relationship such as this, the value is about our ability to deliver to your business and technology needs on time,on budget with very high quality. As the relationship grows over the years like it is been with this relationship. The value shifts to how we leverage our contextual knowledge gained over the years working with you and how we participate in your growth and transformation agenda. How is WBA benefited from a number of transformation that we both have jointly embarked on? Yeah, there's really two really key projects, I would say, which were fundamental to the ongoing and so far successful transformation of Walgreens Boots Alliance. The first one was the new operating model for IT.It is an area where you had a lot of previous experience and you brought a lot of credibility right to the table. The second one was fundamental to our business. We are a pharmacy led company and you demonstrated experience in pharmacy. But most importantly of all, you demonstrated your willingness to share the risk with us .During this period over 30% of your operations have benefited from cognitive insights and automation. Thereby improving the stability and the reliability of your processes and systems. While also providing real time information to your business .The level of support not just to the IT function, but to the broad business as you described it, there has been tremendous and the purpose of our company has never been clearer. And the way that you're supporting us is really exciting. We really cannot wait know for the outcome of what we are delivering to land in the hands of the Walgreens stores, the pharmacists and everybody.
