We represent all of the workers corp insurance carriers in the State of California were their centralized data collection organization. So every insurance policy that's written in California. So we process somewhere on the order of over 2 million insurance documents a year, over 1,000,000. Statistical reports and about 130,000 experience ratings a year for the industry. We Had determined that we needed to replace our legacy mainframe system, which has been around since 1960 and convert to a more modern platform. So we were in the search search for a system integrator that would help us make this transformation from a mainframe system to a more modern platform. Well, what impressed us about TCS was a combination of the domain knowledge they brought in to specifically what we do as an organization. What TCS has helped us do is to combine everything into one platform where whatever the information is, it's a couple clicks away. Within this system really allowed us to interact better with our members. I think the new technology that this partnership has brought eventually will eliminate a huge amount of paper and mailing that goes back and forth between us and our customers. I think we deliver a much better quality product today and a faster turn rate than we have in the past. And we're giving our members optics into their data so that between us and them as we interact on this data exchange activity, we're both able to see what each side has. Now this technology enables us to get it right the first time. The TCSD bench was able to come up with tools and technologies that we weren't aware of and allowing us to create a modern platform. That flexibility, that openness, that collegiality to keep our eye on the end game, right, get it delivered on time and get it delivered on budget and make it work the first time. I think our real hallmarks of how we've done together on this, on this project, we continue to collaborate with TCS today. They're very involved. They didn't just deliver this project and throw it over the wall and say good luck, right? They are still with us. They're helping us. Improve and operate this project in production and in other areas that we look to transform the WCRB. It's easy to make that commitment at the beginning of a project that's part of you know the proposal. But I really felt that TCS maintained that and had the regular meetings bringing it out their key people to meet with our senior leadership to make sure the project was moving. The way it should. We're now in a position to look at creating greater efficiencies within our operation where we can combine previously separate units into a single unit where the same person can look at the process from beginning to end, which will be an incredible efficiency for us and for our customers. They brought a team that really got us that understood, you know workers corp the field we're in, many of them are a number of the key members of that team have had experience in the workers. Trump industry. So they knew what we did and also they took the time to really understand what we were looking for. They weren't the lowest price bidder, but they really had the best understanding of who we are and what we were trying to do.
