A Sentence is a business based provider. We actually developed business spaces for those who are not very familiar with the state. We cover the space such as commercial real estate in the likes of Seoul and Shanghai. We have This is Sparks in Singapore and Bangalore. And we also develop industrial type properties in the likes of Vietnam or even Nusajaya in Malaysia. And being a multinational setup, we need to have the systems in place to be able to operate. As a consequence of that, we started to look at shared services to see whether we can take it another level. Every country that ascenders operates in has different business challenges and rules. There was a need to integrate current systems and implement standardized process across the countries. Today we our finance and accounting processes across our offices in three countries, Singapore, China and India. It was a good and smooth implementation, although the journey was not an easy one. The integration and ensure that all environments are synchronized with the same logic for process flows across dislocations. This resulted in time saving having a single point of control with common real time reporting dashboards which ensure complete transparency, control and governance. The system also provides A checkpoint to prevent duplication of invoice submission and payment while creating a highly secured environment with complete access control. Despite the fact that they came in late in the process, they were able to stand out across all the other players during the process of execution. One of the things that impresses me most was that despite the challenges we had, they were able to throw the resources behind the difficult times. They were patient with us, they worked through the problems with us, and they were able to commit even expertise where it's required in the different phases of that project. Now one of the things that we benefited working with TCS was there was very little marketing spew. When we were working with them during the start of the process, we found that they were very good at telling us what was practical, what was doable and what was not. Post the implementation, we thought that there's nothing much else to do. They have come back constantly to tell us that, look, we still have process improvement to work at and that's something we didn't have to prompt them to do something we actually found very good relation working with TCS.
