According to Deborah, clients partner with TCS due to its ability to deliver.

Discussing customers challenges Deborah tells Rust Report that “how to leverage digital” and “re-imagine their business” to stay ahead of the curve in a rapidly changing world is a key topic of interest across most sectors. “Working with a global player like TCS assists them to overcome this issue”, she added.

Australian businesses face a key challenge of sustaining company growth in the ever changing dynamic markets. “We see real concerns around the need to develop STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) skills in our workforce to ensure organizations can access the competencies they require.” TCS has experience programs and has also re-launched its TCS graduate program in Australia to locally contribute to STEM.

According to Deborah, the five key digital forces of Social Media, Analytics, Big Data through to Cloud and Artificial Intelligence are providing organizations with an outstanding opportunity to adapt to changing market conditions. “At TCS, we see digital now as the default. TCS is key part of technology community in Australia and our contribution to our customers’ business is something we are very proud of in Australia.” Click here to read the complete interview.
