In today’s digitally-driven environment the need for speed is critical. It is no longer a differentiator but a business requirement. Enterprises are expected to meet increasingly sophisticated customer demand, drive innovation, accelerate the pace of delivering value, and maintain nimble operations. To accomplish this, leading enterprises have adopted an Agile with DevOps approach.

In simplified terms, Agile culture helps enterprises develop and drive new innovations faster. DevOps approach, on the other hand, will enable faster releases, with higher quality to drive speed to value. This blend is critical to maximize sustained value across people, process, and technologies. When a strategic partner is able to combine DevOps advisory capabilities with domain and contextual knowledge, it can assess and provide a transformation roadmap at speed to large scale enterprises. This when additionally paired with the ability to deliver implementation and managed services alongside a robust suite of tools, enterprises can expect significant value generation from the partner. Productivity improvement through automation, cost savings, higher net promoter score, improved IT agility at scale, better IT-business collaboration, and faster response to changes are added benefits of DevOps services.

DevOps has evolved from being IT-centric to focusing on the collaboration between business, engineering, and partners to be a critical enabler across the enterprise. The need for accelerated value is reflective of trends that drive Business 4.0™ transformation, addressing the needs to be Agile, Intelligent, Automated, and On the Cloud. Companies that lead across these areas can transform their operations, open the door for new business models to differentiate and seize new opportunities. With Agile and DevOps enterprises can leverage business and IT together to build a coalition for change.
