A good engineer in Software Engineering is no longer just about his purely technical skills. Our challenge at Efrei Paris is to train multidisciplinary engineers, experts, international and adapted to the real needs of companies. This is why, within the campus, the emphasis is placed on technical aspects ... as much as on project-based pedagogy, the acquisition of softskills or the development of permanent links between teaching and our partner companies. The partnership with TCS will offer to our Sofware Engineers a guarantee both a technical and human approach , emanating from the field. This is fundamental for future engineers. ".

Courses in law, general culture and communication are also part of the program, and all are taught in English. In addition, to develop the professionalisation aspect, two internships are compulsory: a technical internship of 4 and a half months the first year and a 6-month Engineer internship the second.

Trained to become software project managers, consultants, technical experts or project managers, the future engineers who have opted for the software engineering cycle will occupy pivotal positions within companies, calling on technical, managerial and human skills.. « At TCS, we are seeing a change in the skills expected for IT engineer positions "explains Rammohan Gourneni, Managing Director of TCS France" From an originally technical and top down approach, IT engineers are now moving towards positions more directly linked to the core activities of the company and its growth or transformation strategy. Partnering with  the Software Engineering courses cycle of Efrei Paris is an opportunity for us to share our expertise with future engineers and train them about the real business world in order to enable them to increase their skills and employability. "

Over the course cycle, TCS will, among others ,  animated masterclasses, forums for internship or job search and will be member of the jury for year end projects evaluation. For Sandra Del Rey - Talent Acquisition and Integration Manager at TCS France “we wish to place this  partnership with Efrei in the long term by investing ourselves with the teaching staff in the co-creation of value-added content for students.
