Digitate’s Cognitive Automation Software Recognized for its Contextual Awareness and Ability to Reason
SANTA CLARA l MUMBAI, April 16, 2019: Digitate, a software venture of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), (BSE: 532540, NSE: TCS), announced that its cognitive automation software, ignio™, was recognized with an Artificial Intelligence Excellence Award in the Self-Awareness category, by the Business Intelligence Group.

The inaugural Artificial Intelligence Excellence Awards recognize organizations, products and people who bring Artificial Intelligence to life and apply it to solve real problems. Winners were chosen under four AI categories: Reactive Machines, Limited Memory, Theory of Mind, and Self-Awareness. ignio received the award for Self-Awareness, in recognition of its ability to rapidly learn a customer’s business context, keep track of changes in the environment and use this awareness to more accurately predict issues, identify the root cause of incidents, and autonomously resolve them.
