Sarika Banodkar is a senior product manager in the HiTech business unit at TCS. Currently, she oversees the product portfolio for a global consulting customer. She is a passionate Agilist with 15 years of experience across stakeholder management, IT delivery, and planning and handling multicultural and globally distributed large agile teams. A recognized contextual master within TCS, Sarika is an expert in agile coaching and scrum methodologies, having trained various project teams at TCS. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University, India, and is a certified scrum product owner, scrum master, and SAFe Agilist. She has been a speaker at the India Agile Tour conference, Pune, India, and a lightening talk speaker at the TCS Agile Cafe conferences.
