Matthew Critchley

Marketing and Consumer Consulting Partner

Matthew has nearly 30 years of experience in a broad range of domains in commercial, marketing, and digital roles. He is imaginative and creative in solving complicated problems but structured and process-driven, leading to successful execution. He is passionate about driving growth across organizations through transformation and change. He believes this can be achieved by always putting the customer first and understanding their needs.

Matthew has successfully led large, global teams of over 200 colleagues through marketing, business, and digital transformation, driving category sales by as much as 23% year on year. He has worked in retail, e-commerce, and packaged goods segments driving growth through customer understanding. In this age of data availability and increasing complication, he offers simple and futuristic solutions by leveraging his experience in technology and business. He helps build teams, systems, and processes to deliver customer-led innovations that are commercially successful.

Matthew is currently studying for his MBA at Oxford University and is a member of Said Business School Rowing Club.
