Raghavan heads the Digital Citizen and Social Systems Research Program, TCS Research and Innovation. This program focuses on citizen-centric Smart Cities by building research-based digital systems for Citizens, Communities and Businesses to reimagine Quality of Life experiences. He also works on Ageing-in-Place for Elderly citizens to age in place and live a life of dignity and independence, using technological help. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He is a Senior Member of Association of Computing Machinery (ACM), and has published blogs, research papers, business whitepapers and delivered talks at many events.
