What’s included in the health and safety plan for this event?

As the TCS Summit Europe is an in-person event, the health and safety of our guests is the number one priority. To ensure all delegates have a safe and enjoyable experience, we have put together a multilayered plan as per the regulations of the local government. 

What are the measures being taken at the venue to ensure a safe environment?

Enhanced cleaning and sanitisation – Enhanced hygiene and disinfection procedures will be implemented in all areas of the hotel at regular intervals to maximise guests’ health and safety.

COVID test on arrival – For the safety of everyone attending this event, rapid antigen COVID testing facilities have been organised for all guests on arrival at the hotel. It is recommended that all guests take the test. The test results will be shared with you within 15-20 minutes. 

Face masks – It is required to wear a face mask in the hotel while walking between rooms and communal spaces.

Sanitising stations – Hand sanitising stations will be available in various parts of the hotel.

Social distancing – Social distancing is everyone's responsibility and your support is needed to comply with this measure.

Is there a COVID-19 testing facility at the event?

TCS has partnered with a trusted medical company to conduct COVID-19 testing for this event. Testing facilities will be set up at the hotel venue for the convenience of our guests.

Fit2fly tests – As COVID-19 test reports may be required for your return travel, Fit2Fly testing facilities are offered by our medical partner on March 14 and 15 from 8:00am to 8:00pm GMT.

What are the recommended personal hygiene practices?

Here are some basic hygiene measures to help protect your health:

Do not touch your face – Avoid touching the face, eyes, nose and mouth

Wash your hands frequently – It is the best line of defence. Hand sanitising stations will be available in various parts of the hotel. Ensure coverage on all parts of the hands and rub them for 20 to 30 seconds until they are dry.

Sneeze into your elbow or a tissue – Dispose of the tissue.

Keep a safe social distance – Social distancing is everyone's responsibility and your support is needed to comply with this measure.
