TCS wins Best Supplier award from NXP Semiconductors

TCS won the “Best Supplier” award at NXP Semiconductors’ first-ever “Best Supplier Awards” held on September 1, 2011. Hosted by NXP’s CEO and members of the NXP management team, the event saw mega participation from NXP’s global supply base - 90 suppliers across 17 countries. TCS was awarded in the “Best Supplier Indirect Materials and Services” category.
NXP used the platform, not only to recognize its best performing suppliers, but also to align them with its core business strategies and innovation roadmaps, and to deliver key insights into end customer markets. Rick Clemmer, President and CEO, NXP emphasized the need for stronger collaboration, cost leadership, and operational excellence in quality and service.
