The NelsonHall NEAT report is a comparative assessment of 18 major service providers. NEAT evaluates service providers across 4 market segments (Overall, Loans Focus, Payments Focus, and Deposits Focus). It assesses service providers on a two-axis model: ‘ability to deliver immediate benefit’ and the ‘ability to meet future client requirements’.
