These service providers are assessed on the Everest Group PEAK MatrixTM, which is a composite index of a range of distinct metrics related to a provider’s capability and market impact.
The PEAK MatrixTM identified TCS the highest for market impact, listing its digital transformation capabilities, consistency of performance and next-generation digital solutions such as the Advanced Drug Development Platform that uses artificial intelligence and IoT for drug development and patient engagement as key strengths.
