  • Strong delivery, pricing flexibility, and business outcomes-based model
    The report highlights strong client appreciation for TCS’ delivery capability that is centered on business outcomes and pricing flexibility. TCS’ ValueBPS™ approach for telecom operators focuses on business outcomes and metrics that deliver superior results on revenue and margins, net promoter score (NPS), time to market, and opex and capex reduction.
  • In-house tools and technology-business integration
