Tech4Bharat Summit, to be held at Indian Institute of Science, Bengaluru, this year, is conceived by PanIIT alumni, to review and realign ongoing initiatives and to explore launching new ones. As part of the summit, an annual hackathon, Solve4Bharat, will be conducted. This hackathon aims to showcase innovation and talent, problem solving and product development, and stimulate conversations on industry-academia collaboration, particularly on talent management and talent strategy.
The focus areas of the hackathon this year are:
Urban development and management
Wearables and tech for healthcare
Education and awareness
The 24-hour hackathon is scheduled to be on February 28-29, 2020, during the Tech4Bharat summit. Solve4Bharat submissions are currently open. TCS is proud to be the title sponsor of the Solve4Bharat hackathon.
PanIIT is an umbrella organization representing alumni of Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs), nationwide. Participants at Tech4Bharat, 2020, will include directors of IITs, industrial technology experts and policy-makers.
