Creating future leaders

In December of 2021, TCS’ signature digital innovation and career readiness program, go Innovate Together (goIT), hit a true-blue milestone by directly impacting 100,000 students across 38 countries around the world. 

goIT engages students from diverse backgrounds to bridge the learning curve with STEM, computer science, design thinking, and digital innovation. 

About goIT

The program offers an industry-developed, customizable curriculum that teaches students 21st-century skills necessary for a career in technology. Topics covered during lessons include the innovation life cycle, rapid prototyping, design thinking, and more. The program also allows students to interact with industry professionals, including TCS associates from around the world and offers a collaborative environment for learning.

During the program, students design a social impact product that would provide a solution to a specific global challenge while experiencing and applying these industry-relevant concepts and skills, preparing them for the future of work.

Our mission is to strengthen communities today by empowering the digital innovators of tomorrow.

What it means to innovate together

goIT helped me open my imagination for Computer Science. It was really fun to talk to people from across the world.
