Announcement of Date of Board Meeting for Financial Results for Q2 2023-24

A meeting of the Board of Directors of Tata Consultancy Services Limited is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, to inter alia:

i. approve and take on record the audited standalone financial results of the Company under Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) for the quarter and six month period ending September 30, 2023;

ii. approve and take on record the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries under Ind AS for the quarter and six month period ending September 30, 2023; and

iii. consider declaration of second interim dividend to the equity shareholders.

The second interim dividend, if declared, shall be paid to the equity shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members of the Company or in the records of the Depositories as beneficial owners of the shares as on Thursday, October 19, 2023, which is the Record Date fixed for the purpose.

Further, in accordance with Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its ‘designated persons’ regarding the closure of the Trading Window for trading in the Company’s equity shares from September 23, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.
