TCS recognized as the UK’s “Top Employer”

TCS comes first in the UK in the Top Employer Institute Awards

TCS was certified for its exceptional employee offerings by the independent body, which looked at 85 UK companies.

The Top Employers Institute has over 25 years’ experience recognizing the world’s leading organizations in the field of HR management and employee conditions – providing the optimum environment for employees to develop, both professionally and personally. This is the sixth consecutive year TCS has been recognized a UK Top Employer, having previously come second in the awards which certify excellence in employee conditions.

This exceptional recognition demonstrates TCS’ continual investment into the UK, Europe and its overall global employee network which is currently 390,000 strong. All companies must also complete a stringent research process and meet the required high standard in order to achieve the certification.
