Amanda Davis works with clients to translate business goals into customer strategy - from segmentation to the proposition to experience, journey, and service design, through to operating models and ways of working.  

Amanda is passionate that organizations should ‘safely’ pivot to being more customer-centric, delivering value for both the customer and the organization whilst ensuring the best technology play to maximize return on investment. 

Amanda’s focus is the UK market, but she has worked around the globe with leading and challenger brands, many of which are household names.
