A retail business and innovation leader, Arthur has over 19 years of work experience in process transformation, business function creation and as a liaison between business and IT.

Arthur Amaral is currently director, retail, at TCS Americas, driving business transformation programs for retail organizations supported by process design and technology enablement.

Arthur has an extensive leadership experience working across various global organizations. He has a bachelor's degree in administration from Universidade Estadual Paulista (UNESP) and a post-graduate degree in business management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).

Holding an entrepreneur and analytical profile, Arthur is pragmatic, curious, focused on people development, team engagement, and deliverables and projects that bring positive operational and financial impacts, aiming at shareholder returns and business longevity.

His collective experience includes start-up advisory, change management, store operations, merchandising and pricing execution, systems implementation, lean culture, and process digitalization.
