Transworld implemented CHROMA™, TCS’ Talent Management solution on the cloud, to standardize and consolidate its HR processes. It digitized and consolidated the end-to-end HR process covering organization and people management, leave and attendance management, learning management, performance appraisal, and managed payroll services across all group companies of the Transworld Group Singapore.

With CHROMA™'s personalized learning recommendations, employees were able to advance their skills and competencies. Self-service and mobile-enabled leave and attendance system and continuous feedback empowered employees. Its transparent Performance Appraisal system driven by agile goal setting, continuous coaching and feedback, performance check-ins, and 360-degree feedback enabled employees to maximize their performance.

Its health management feature helped Transworld maintain the health and vaccination details of its employees and their families, enabling the HR to keep an up-to-date record of employee health.
