It has been nearly two years since I began my post-MBA career as a Business Consultant through TCS’s Strategic Leadership Program (SLP). This program is designed to empower early-career professionals by providing them with challenging opportunities to develop their skills and contribute to TCS’s commitments. The program’s comprehensive approach, involving Pre-Sales, Sales, and Engagement Delivery, has enabled me to refine my capabilities across various professional domains. In my client-facing role, I have been privileged to participate in leadership discussions and, over time, to lead conversations and workshops with clients on behalf of TCS.

Throughout my tenure, I have gained exposure to a diverse range of industries, including Retail, CPG, Travel, Tourism, and Hospitality. The dynamic nature of this work has involved addressing complex CXO-level challenges, encouraging me to develop innovative solutions and enhance my critical thinking. I am eager to continue exploring new opportunities with TCS, as I value the ongoing process of learning, applying my skills, and contributing to the growth of both TCS and our clients.
