A major shift in work practices at TCS has been the creation of the Secure Borderless Workspaces ( SBWS™) operating model which enables remote working for all our employees and creates a secure framework complete with all project management practices and systems to ensure business as usual.

This remote working practice already supports 95% of TCS’s workforce and the governance of over 23 000 projects. It also supports all our digital learning programs ensuring that all our employees, including trainees have access to the latest educational materials and courses.
