Nurturing talent with Learning Ecosystem
New employees undergo a comprehensive Initial Learning Program (ILP) designed to empower them with essential business skills, hands-on technology training, software or application development, and soft skills.
Throughout the ILP, participants will receive in-depth training in practical technology applications, ensuring they are well-versed in the tools and systems.
In addition to technical training, the program places a strong emphasis on the development of essential soft skills. These skills, which include effective communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability, are vital for fostering a collaborative work environment and enhancing overall workplace productivity.
At TCS Peru, we are committed to foster a dynamic learning ecosystem that empowers our associates to learn anytime, anywhere, and on any device. Our associates have access to a variety of platforms, including self-paced learning, virtual bootcamps, expert connect sessions, mentoring, hackathons, and virtual playgrounds.
We also encourage our associates to obtain external certifications that are relevant to our industry. To support this, we have designed a tailored Bootcamp at TCS Peru to enhance our associates' training and ensure their success.

In TCS Peru, we offer a leadership workshop named First-Time Leader Program for new leaders in the country.
