I have been with TCS for eight months, and it has truly become one of the companies I feel most connected to. I have realized that respect for individuals goes beyond being just a corporate policy; it is ingrained in the company culture and is a choice that transforms teams.

During these months, while leading various projects, I have seen this value in how I listen and am listened to; in how I can support and acknowledge the strengths of each team member and the organization; and in how I have received support from the different departments within TCS.

This value has helped to create safe spaces where everyone can express themselves openly, be genuine, and, most importantly, feel appreciated not just for their achievements, but for who they are.

I have sensed this respect from my very first day in the organization. They have recognized my talents, not only the technical ones but also my personal values, which has enabled me to guide my growth and transformation in a much more compassionate manner.

I strongly believe that when we appreciate and respect the essence of each individual, we can build more humane, resilient, and successful companies. That is what TCS represents to me.
