Sathyanarayanan is a management consultant and design thinker with more than 23 years of experience in the enterprise transformation space, driving profit and loss (P&L) turnaround programs. In his previous roles, he was part of the strategy and operations advisory arms of multiple global companies. His core expertise is in lean manufacturing. Some of his key transformation programs include procurement cost optimization, supply chain restructuring and business process reengineering, manufacturing assets optimization and yield improvement, product cost reduction, and manufacturing efficiency improvement. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics and communication engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University, India, and an MBA in operations management from Indo-German Academy.
