Chris Barber

Chris Barber is a consulting partner for Retail Strategic Initiatives (RSI) in TCS. Chris has been active in the retail sector for over 30 years, working in operational and strategic roles for both food and non-food retailers.

Chris specialises in space, range, and display. He has designed processes, systems, and department structures in these areas for some of the largest retailers in the world. His career has taken him to different locations where he loves to share his passionate approach with like-minded people.

Chris spends his spare time as an amateur wildlife photographer, guitar player, and a collector and painter of miniature wargames models. He is actively involved with several international charities that support the homeless and orphans.
