Dale Smith

Dale Smith, Director of Labor and Workforce at TCS, is a 45-year veteran of the unemployment and workforce domain. Dale led the unemployment insurance program and labor exchange programs in the State of Mississippi for 40 years before joining TCS in 2018. His career allowed him to gain expertise in UI tax, benefits, and trust fund accounting as well as workforce functions such as public labor exchange including veterans’ services, and foreign labor certification.
