Gaurav is the global head of supply chain and business transformation for the retail business group at TCS. He has more than 25 years of extensive experience working with global retailers in realizing the supply chain strategic initiatives. He has been instrumental in conceptualizing and developing key supply chain solutions. He is leading several business consulting and transformation engagements across the US, Europe, South Africa and APAC geographies and has expertise in various ERPs, supply chain strategy and operations (procure to pay, order to cash, warehouse operations, transportation, omnichannel, NPD, product packaging and supplier management), lean thinking and digital technologies like AI (artificial intelligence), ML (machine learning) and RPA (robotics process automation).
