Girish Keshav Palshikar

Girish is a chief scientist at TCS Research and has been working with the organization since 1992. He is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology at Bombay and Madras. In 2012, Girish was awarded the title of TCS Distinguished Scientist. His areas of research include machine learning, data mining, natural language processing and its applications in fraud detection, computational law, and human resource management. Girish has published nearly 160 research papers in international journals and conferences and is a visiting lecturer at the Government College of Engineering, Pune, India.
