Jim serves as the Global Managing Partner, Customer Experience Transformation Services within TCS’s Consulting and Services Integration practice. He has advised numerous Fortune 500 and Mid-Market companies to improve top line revenue growth and increase operating efficiencies leveraging Omni-Channel Customer Experience, Advanced Analytics, and cloud-based Digital & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies.  Recent client engagements include Philips Domestic Appliance, DuPont, Takeda, and Thomson Reuters among others.   

Prior to TCS, Jim held leadership roles at Accenture building their Digital Practice (Interactive and Analytics) and expanding their global CRM practice where he led the market and offering development of a full suite of capabilities across customer experience, advanced analytics and AI, digital marketing, and CRM solutions.
