Managing Partner, Customer Experience Transformation, TCS
Navin Mithel leads the Marketing and Customer Insights Transformation practice within TCS’s Customer Experience Transformation (CXT) Strategic Offering. With a focus on transforming marketing operations to drive greater value, Navin has advised numerous Fortune 1000 clients on Digital Transformation, Design Thinking, Experience Strategy & Design, Conversational Commerce, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Customer-centric Transformation, Digital Governance, Digital Strategy, eCommerce and Digital Marketing.
Prior to TCS, he was with IBM Interactive Experience (IX), and Head of Digital at both Alaska Airlines and Napster Music. He was also a founder of Ascentium Corporation, a $52 Million Interactive Agency.
Navin has advised dozens of organizations including Microsoft, American Express, Henry Schein, Nationwide and Washington Mutual, among others.
