Prabhakaran has over nine years of experience in diverse roles (business analyst in IT application delivery, pre-sales and solutions consultant, functional consultant in merchandising, and business process transformation consultant) across retail and F&A domains. He has been instrumental in conceptualizing and developing a supplier experience framework and a merchandising suite. In pre-sales, Prabhakaran has contributed significantly towards building customer-centric proposals on multiple high-value RFPs touching various business functions such as retail merchandising, finance, HR, procurement, supply chain, and contact center.
Prabhakaran holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in mechatronics engineering. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt professional and holds a Professional Data Scientist Certification from IBM. In his current engagement, he serves as a transformation lead supporting business services for various clients across the US, the UK, and Europe. As a consultant, he is tasked with identifying transformation opportunities in business services leveraging technologies like RPA, AI-ML, low-code, advanced analytics, and process mining.
Prabhakaran’s hobbies include writing stories, making short films, and reading books and articles on photography.
