His role includes ensuring process automation through RPA, and allied tools and technologies for various domestic and international clients. Rajesh has 20 years of professional experience in multiple roles of customer service operations, finance, quality assurance, training, and administration across industries. He has extensive experience in handling customer service delivery operations for mobility and enterprise customers. Rajesh holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Nagpur University, India, with a specialization in Marketing and Finance.
