Rajesh Bala

Rajesh Bala (Raj), an Assurance Leader, has handled multiple domains in North America during his extensive career spanning close to three decades in IT. He is passionate about assurance, and focused on providing automated QA solutions for various market challenges. Currently he is responsible for TCS assurance solutions for the Manufacturing, GE and Government domains and heads the North America sales. He has presented "End to End Testing on Connected Systems" at StarEast 2016. His area of interest is to transform Quality Assurance by applying Artificial Intelligence through customer behavioral and usage patterns in neural networks.
