V K Raman

V K Raman is Vice President and Head of TCS’s Business Process Services (BPS) for Life Sciences. He has been instrumental in establishing and growing TCS’s Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) services to an industry leading position. He was heading the ValueBPS^TMin TCS until recently. VK has over 25 years of experience in holding leadership positions in top organizations in the industry. VK’s expertise is in setting up shared services, leadership skills in global organizations, entrepreneurial skills suited for start-up initiatives, areas of finance, process design and management, risk management, and six sigma deployment. VK Raman received his Bachelors of Commerce degree from the Madras University. He is a Chartered Accountant and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
